James Wiens

I combine my product, architecture, and development skills to make enterprise software that people love to use. I am a staunch advocate of data-driven decisions, atomic design, and well-structured, scalable, maintainable, expressive, intention-revealing code.

My current focus is working closely with executives to make their lives easier while acting as a force-multiplier. I enjoy helping teams worldwide work together with maximum efficiency and fun by improving developer experience, development velocity, engineering productivity, removing barriers, and resolving pain points.
